LICHEN × Mame Kurogouchi

A fragrance collection in collaboration with Mame Kurogouchi, tracing the designer’s childhood memories and trapping a fragment of the fragrance that she has brought together. The cold snowy landscape spreading out before your eyes, the warm room separated by a single pane of glass and your skin beginning to heat up. Based on memories of a world where opposing temperatures coexist, artist Kan Izumi designed the fragrance and trapped these fragments of scenery in a jet-black Arita porcelain bottle.

LICHEN × Mame Kurogouchi EAU DE PARFUM

​​An eau de parfum that recreates a landscape of memories using complex layers of fragrance. The earthy elements of LICHEN BASE EAU DE PARFUM, mainly oakmoss, are combined with precious wisteria hakama from Awaji Island, sandalwood, agarwood and violets. The jet-black Arita porcelain bottle subtly blends into everyday life, evoking the black Chestnut Tiger butterfly which flies in search of wisteria hakama.

LICHEN × Mame Kurogouchi CANDLE L

The softness of the LICHEN BASE CANDLE and the exotic fragrance of woody elements are combined with essential oils such as mint and rosemary to create a scent evoking the contrasting worlds of chilly snow-filled air and warm interiors. The jet-black Arita porcelain container adds a gentle contour to the flame that flutters amid the fragrance.
